📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge and recommendations.
• Assist customers with product selection, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like SAP or similar.
• Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.
• Promote special offers, discounts, and new product launches to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest gadget trends and technologies to provide informed advice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with gadget products, specifications, and brands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
