📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of mining operations to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Monitor and report on environmental impacts and social responsibilities of mining activities.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and non-compliance.
• Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations to management.
• Conduct training and awareness programs on compliance and sustainability issues.
• Collaborate with legal and environmental teams to ensure all aspects of mining operations are compliant.
• Stay updated with the latest regulations and best practices in mining compliance and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining compliance or a related field.
• Certification in Mining Compliance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local, national, and international mining regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
