As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers. You will use tools like SAP, JDE, or similar ERP systems to manage our logistics data, and you will need to have a strong understanding of supply chain principles to excel in this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the coordination and management of daily logistics operations, including order processing, inventory management, and warehouse activities.
• Work closely with procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels using ERP systems like SAP or JDE to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with transportation and delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
• Assist in the preparation and management of logistics reports and documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
• Support the logistics team in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the management of vendor relationships, including the negotiation of contracts, tracking of deliveries, and resolution of any issues that arise.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the supply chain and operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, procurement, and transportation logistics.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems like SAP, JDE, or similar logistics software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics and supply chain industry.
