📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues and breakdowns
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Implement and monitor maintenance schedules and work orders
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve maintenance processes and procedures
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Train and mentor junior technicians and new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Familiarity with maintenance software and tools, such as SAP PM or similar
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field (preferred but not required)
