Assistant SMT Supervisor - Manufacturing Leadership Role in Batam

PT Venturindo Jaya Batam is seeking an experienced Assistant SMT Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Batam. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production processes, ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency. This is a contract-based opportunity with a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month.

As an Assistant SMT Supervisor, you will work closely with our team to monitor and optimize production lines, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will utilize industry-standard tools like IPC-A-610 standards, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems, and SMT-specific software such as Altium Designer and IPC2581. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage SMT production lines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Conduct daily inspections and quality checks using AOI systems and IPC-A-610 standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, implement corrective actions, and document findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and reduce defects.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff on SMT processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SMT production or a similar manufacturing role.
• Certification in IPC-A-610 or equivalent industry standards.
• Familiarity with SMT-specific software such as Altium Designer and IPC2581.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to travel to different production sites as needed.
