📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive sales training sessions for retail sales teams using a mix of classroom and hands-on training methods.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams to help them achieve their sales targets and goals.
• Monitor and evaluate sales team performance using a variety of metrics and tools, including Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
• Develop and implement sales training programs and materials to support the ongoing development of sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the local market.
• Promote our products and services in the local market through a variety of channels, including social media, email marketing, and in-person events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure that our sales efforts are aligned with our overall business strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the retail sales industry, and share this knowledge with your team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, coaching, or management in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales performance and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, including Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
