As a Clinical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IONM products and services to hospitals and clinics in Bali. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for training and educating our customers on the benefits of our products, and for providing ongoing support and maintenance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell Wesmed Sdn Bhd's IONM products and services to hospitals and clinics in Bali.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Provide expert advice on the use and benefits of our IONM products, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate healthcare professionals on the latest developments in IONM.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to our customers, ensuring that they are able to get the most out of our products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IONM industry, and share this knowledge with our team and customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, nursing, or healthcare administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or sales role, with a focus on medical devices or healthcare products.
• Proven track record of success in promoting and selling medical devices or healthcare products.
• Strong knowledge of IONM products and technologies, and the ability to explain their benefits and features to healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
