📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all metallurgical processes, including ore beneficiation, smelting, and refining.
• Lead a team of metallurgical engineers and technicians to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality.
• Implement and monitor new technologies and best practices to enhance metallurgical operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and execute strategies for cost reduction and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in metallurgical operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing metallurgical processes and teams.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and safety standards relevant to the mining industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using metallurgical software and tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, and SIMULINK.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality management system is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
