📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Write user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials,Develop and maintain a style guide for technical writing,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional content,Provide technical writing support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar
