📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including pharmacy and food safety standards.,Monitor store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail or healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Understanding of marketing and sales strategies, with the ability to drive growth and increase customer engagement.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
