📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders.,Inspect and maintain equipment, machinery, and facilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.,Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Monitor and analyze maintenance performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and technical roles.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.,Valid certification in relevant maintenance and safety standards.
