📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure that all food products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.,Manage and train a team of line cooks and kitchen staff.,Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Optimize food costs and menu planning to meet business objectives.,Handle customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Lead Line Cook or similar role in a food service or restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.,Ability to manage and mentor a team of kitchen staff.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Valid food handler's certificate and any relevant certifications.,Experience in managing food costs and menu planning.
