📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of banquet staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Coordinate and plan banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and standards.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in banquet areas.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Train and develop banquet staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet services or similar roles.,Proven leadership and management skills with a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event planning and coordination.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
