📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes,Administer employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Coordinate with other departments to support HR initiatives,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus,Good organizational and problem-solving skills
