📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
  • Assisting with office maintenance and repairs.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized office environment.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination.
  • Providing excellent customer service to visitors and employees.
  • Managing office security and access control.
  • Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a GA or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
