Sumber Maya Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, fleet management, and a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is crucial in maintaining our company's reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition and maintained according to schedule.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle usage, and maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs for reporting and auditing purposes.,Provide training and support to drivers and mechanics to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of vehicle routes and deliveries to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
