📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely payment of all invoices and expenses.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's financial resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
