📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a strong network of clients in the Padang region.
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and other outreach methods.
3. Present our services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
4. Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
5. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strong understanding of the Padang market and industry trends.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6. Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
