📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Conduct user research and usability testing to improve documentation,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product guides and white papers,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills
