Bold Fast Jaya is seeking a dedicated and responsible Deputy Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the premises and equipment.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date security records and reports.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.,Provide a visible and professional security presence to deter potential security threats.,Assist in the training and supervision of new security staff, if necessary.,Collaborate with other security personnel and relevant departments to ensure the overall security of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security guard or related role.,Strong knowledge of security procedures, policies, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.,Valid security guard certification or license, preferably from a recognized institution.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
