As a Certified Clinic Midwife (Bidan Klinik), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients throughout their pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum periods. You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving maternal and child health in the Bangka Belitung region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide prenatal, postnatal, and family planning care to patients in a modern, patient-centered clinic
- Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and health education for patients throughout their pregnancy and postpartum periods
- Monitor and manage high-risk pregnancies, and provide emergency care as needed
- Assist in the delivery of babies, and provide postpartum care to mothers
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR) software
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in maternal and child health
- Promote a patient-centered, compassionate approach to care, and foster a positive, supportive work environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery from an accredited institution
- Certified Clinic Midwife (Bidan Klinik) certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board (Badan Pekerjaan Umum)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinic Midwife in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of prenatal, postnatal, and family planning care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare providers
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) software
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients
