📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of shipping operations, including vessel scheduling, crew management, and cargo handling.
  • Ensure compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment for the crew and passengers.
  • Monitor and report on vessel performance and fuel consumption.
  • Coordinate with port authorities, customs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Develop and implement safety and operational procedures.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the crew.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.
  • Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MMC) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in English and local language.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
