📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.,Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the branch, ensuring profitability.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.,Ensure the branch is well-stocked and that all supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.,Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
