Spot Tech Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Assistant Admin Finance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our finance operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial processes.

As an Assistant Admin Finance, you will work closely with the Finance Manager and other departments to maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Maintain and update financial records and databases.

Support the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Process and reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.

Assist in the preparation of invoices and payment requests.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Provide administrative support to the Finance department.

Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
