📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our materials and services.,Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that procurement activities support our business objectives.,Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to maintain high standards of quality and performance.,Stay updated on procurement best practices and industry standards to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and supplier development.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with sustainability and ethical sourcing practices is a plus.
