📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the construction activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring adherence to construction schedules and budgets.
  • Preparing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Managing and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implementing quality control measures and ensuring the use of high-quality materials.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to site personnel.
  • Ensuring the timely completion of the project and delivering a high-quality end product.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site civil engineering, preferably in high-rise construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for design, drafting, and project management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
