As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with high quality and consistency,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment,Manage inventory and ensure that all supplies are well-stocked,Train and mentor junior baristas to ensure consistent quality and service,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally,Work efficiently during peak hours to meet customer demand,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop,Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic bookkeeping,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and trends in the coffee industry,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in coffee preparation highly regarded
