📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine recruitment needs and job requirements.,Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.,Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate suitability.,Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a positive candidate experience.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with internal teams to understand their hiring needs and provide solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
