📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of sales consultants to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Training and mentoring team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
  • Overseeing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participating in product launches and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
