📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
